1. Using the platform
Betlmbosa connects property owners and seekers directly. You must provide accurate information and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for the content of any listing, message, or alert you create.
2. Listings
Listings must describe real, available properties. Misleading, duplicate, or broker-disguised listings may be removed and the responsible account suspended. All listings are subject to review before they become publicly visible.
3. No agency relationship
Betlmbosa is a listing platform only. We are not a party to any rental or sale agreement, do not verify ownership or title, and do not act as a broker or agent. Always verify property and identity in person before exchanging money.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
5. Liability
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Betlmbosa is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users or from reliance on listing content.
